Financial Pandora (FINPA)
FINPA is a financial instruments valuation tool developed by Global Risk Guard to calculate amortised cost, effective interest rate (EIR) and impairment under IFRS methodology.
Originally developed under IAS 39 principles and subsequently aligned with IFRS 9 requirements, FINPA supports the valuation of loans, bonds and other financial assets measured at amortised cost.
The application, built in Microsoft Excel/VBA, provides:
- amortised cost calculation;
- EIR computation;
- cash flow modelling;
- impairment and expected credit loss analysis;
- reporting support for IFRS financial statements.
FINPA is designed as a flexible stand-alone solution suitable for corporations, finance departments and advisory firms requiring transparent and auditable valuation models for financial instruments.
